OrderFlow policies

Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in general terms, how information is handled when you use OrderFlow.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Before public launch: This is a starter policy based on the current product flow, not legal advice. Review it against the actual database, analytics, retention and support practices, and applicable privacy laws before launch.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use OrderFlow, we may process account details such as your email address and authentication information, business profile and storefront content, products and services, and information customers submit with an order or inquiry.

We may also process technical and usage information needed to keep the service secure, diagnose problems and understand whether features are working properly.

2. How information is used

We use information to create and manage accounts, publish storefronts, display merchant-provided content, pass customer order or inquiry details to the relevant merchant, provide support, maintain security and operate the service.

When a customer chooses to continue on WhatsApp, the customer’s device may open WhatsApp with a message prepared from the information they selected or entered. The customer chooses whether to send that message. WhatsApp then handles activity on its service under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Storefronts and information shared with merchants

Storefront information that a merchant chooses to publish may be visible to anyone with access to the store link. Customers should avoid entering sensitive information into public fields or messages.

Information submitted in an order or inquiry is made available to the relevant merchant so they can respond. Merchants are responsible for how they use customer information they receive and for meeting their own legal obligations.

4. Service providers and sharing

OrderFlow relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, authentication, database and communication services, to operate. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to deliver the service.

We do not describe this starter policy as a promise that no data is ever shared. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by data type and purpose.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also stop using the service and request account assistance through the available support channel.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

7. Children’s privacy

OrderFlow is intended for business owners and general users, not for children to independently create merchant accounts. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as OrderFlow’s features and data practices evolve. The current version will be published on this page. For privacy questions or requests, use the support or contact channel made available by OrderFlow.
